Microbes
My brother Kirt turned 25 this weekend. He's a microbiologist so I thought it would be fitting to make him a cake that looked like microbes. The germy assortment included the flu, strep, cold, mono and a stomach bug. Strangely, no on ate any of my germs. I offered the rhino virus to every visitor that I had this weekend but I had no takers. Dave kept threatening to get out the Lysol to disinfect my cakes.
Ash, those are so fun! I LOVE them! So no one ate them? That is too bad I would have eaten the little germs. You did a great job. I hope that you guys had a good time together.

He knew strep throat, the red one. At first I thought it was because he caught this germ earlier this week. But really it was because he owned the little plushy microbe that looked just like my cake.
